Kim Dow has been a resident of Mattoon since 1976 and involved in the real estate aspect since 1987.  She formerly worked for Heartland Federal Savings & Loan for five years.   She then went on to work for Gordon & Associates Appraisal Company for 10 years where she became very familiar with home values and research and has personally bought several homes in the Mattoon area.

Kim lives in Mattoon with her husband Dale and two daughters, Chelsea and Samantha.  She and her family belong to the Broadway Christian Church where she is involved with helping a special needs autistic child on a regular basis.
